HSEP’s first ever Showcase Night was a huge success! Well attended by students and community members, the Showcase was an opportunity for students to share their learning from Quarter 1. Students created displays that showcased their final projects, as well as the process for each of their units in 11th and 12th grade. Students chose the format of the event and ordered catered food (yummy S & S wings!) for guests and staff. Work on display included: student goal setting, construction of model homes, budgeting, short documentary films about different careers, creation of a greenhouse, and redesigning of political maps of the city to enact social change.
